Design and Construction for a renovation to an existing 5,500 square foot single family residence situated along the banks of lake St. Clair.  The interior was completely renovated and consists of 5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, new kitchen, dining, butler's pantry, office, workshop, mancave, and elegant great room off of the kitchen with views to Lake St. Clair.  The exterior renovation included a new covered entry, dormer style roof elements, a cantilevered balcony off the master bedroom, new windows throughout, and a new contemporary paint finish on the exterior to unify the design.
