Design for a complete to the studs renovation to an existing 5,200 square foot single family residence built in 1941.  The design incorporates Chefs Kitchen complete with a Thermador 48 inch range and both Calacatta Quartz backsplash & countertops. The upstairs Main Bedroom Suite includes a extra large shower, a room size walk-in closet complete with laundry connections and a beverage center. The remaining 3 bedroom are upstairs as well, each with its own ensuite bathroom.  On the main floor, is a dedicated office space, large sunroom, large living area, dining area as well as a large finished basement complete with fireplace, bathroom and storage areas. The exterior facades were cleaned and clear of aging decorative materials and provided with a clean contemporary paint and finish materials, including new black metal and iron awnings along the main entrance and facade.
