vai architects, inc served as the Associate Architect to HKS in charge of Construction Documentation on this high visibility High End Steakhouse Restaurant concept in Las Vegas for a celebrity chef and restaurateur located at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The restaurant was designed as a 160-seat restaurant and 60-seat bar, providing a modern aesthetic to the traditional steakhouse with an upscale bar and lounge adjacent to the main dining room.  The design included custom designed gas-lighted chandeliers, wall sconces and central “sculptural” element in the main dining room and with a fully retractable bronze glass wall that opens to a contemporary wine display in the private dining area.
