vai architects, inc served as the Associate Architect to HKS in charge of Construction Documentation on this new construction building of approximately 185,000 sf , 5 -story luxury apartment complex with 154 units w/ two courtyards, one swimming pool and a 109,000 sf parking garage. Project is located at corner of Lamar and Third Streets in Austin, TX.
