Design and Construction Documentation for a 6 unit condominium project in Detroit, Michigan in the Historic Woodbridge community of Detroit's west side.  Each unit contains 1 standard bedroom and a spacious Master bedroom suite (glass enclosed shower, separate water closet, and walk-in closet), a main entrance from the front of the building, a separate back entrance to each unit via an exterior stair, and 2 private exterior deck areas (one at the front of the building off the living area and the other at the back of the unit facing the garage area).  The building incorporates elements of Historic designs in the area through the use of classic materials and innovative design. The site has a detached parking garage to accommodate 1 car per unit, a rain garden, and landscaped areas.
