Design for a renovation to an existing 2,100 square foot single family residence built in 1955.  The interior renovation consisted of the demolition of a second floor area with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.  The new areas of the second floor became a Master Bedroom Suite with bedroom space, dual vanity space, a large glass enclosed shower, free-standing tub, separate WC, and a large walk around walk-in closet.  The wall and floor finishes were all replaced and new tile throughout the bathroom areas.  The renovation also included an expansion of the kitchen area to include a large island for eating and entertaining with plenty of storage.
