Design for a renovation and addition to an existing 2,400 square foot single family residence built in 1972 on Gross Ile island in Michigan along the Detroit River.  The interior was completely renovated and consists of 2.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, living area, and dining area  A new garage and second story addition above were added and attached to the existing structure for storage and future bedroom space.  The exterior renovation included new windows throughout, new roof areas, new brick and siding, and new covered front entry w/ porch and cantilevered deck off of the master bedroom upstairs.
