Building design and construction administration for the construction of a new home in El Paso, Texas.  The project included the programming and development of construction documentation of a 5,000 sf new home. The new home was designed all on one level as was desired by the owner for ease of access to all areas of the home.  The program for the home was to accommodate the needs of a family of six, which consisted of six overall bedrooms with bathrooms in each (including one guest and housekeeper room), a grand entry space with 15 foot ceilings and a large custom 5’ x 8’ wood entry door, a large nearly commercial kitchen, formal dining room, media room, family study room/ office, large pantry and storage area, a family room open to the large kitchen, and a rear entry garage.  The building site was a vacant lot in an existing, established subdivision.  The project included the drive access to the rear entry garage, a half moon driveway at the front, a very formal entry pergola that leads to a main entry, a very large covered back patio area that overlooks the views to the mountains beyond and a large backyard area with an in ground pool.
